The "charm" danglies in those pics are various kinds of purchased beads and coins, and also some polymer clay items. If you're unfamiliar with polymer clay, it's an oil-based clay (actually plastic) which has to be cured (polymerized) at low heat (about 250-275F) for about 15-30 minutes. Some of the brand names you might recognize in the US would be Premo, Fimo (Soft & Classic), Kato Polymer Clay, Cernit, and various Sculpeys.
