Silver Happy Can I get my silver fillings replaced with white ones?
Today i had my first 2 silver fillings, and im really not happy with the result. I have one at the top and one on the bottom off my mouth. Could I get these ones removed and White ones which would look more natural put in? Or do i have to wait till these ones come out? If so, how long would I have to wait?
You could have them redone ( would be a bit of a waste )
Just ask your dentist to put a bit of white bonding material (composite) over the top to cover them up-
Last time I had a silver filling this is what the dentist did....
Over the course of their career, Outrageous Cherry has carved out a place for themselves as some of indie's cheeriest pessimists; even their happiest songs have been able to find the cloud around the silver lining. While their previous album, Our Love Will Change the World, was full of at least partly sunny pop, Stay Happy is its overcast flip side, chock-a-block with songs so moody and paranoid that the album's title must be more of a wish than a state of being. Aptly, the most spooked songs on Stay Happy are among its best. "Paranoid World" chugs along on a tumbling beat while Matthew Smith keeps looking over his shoulder, insisting that "there's nothing not to be paranoid about in these times." Meanwhile, "Stay Happy" itself is a fuzzy, Troggs-like psych-pop nugget about trying to look on the bright side, even when "a nuclear war's just a short fuse away," and "The Song They Don't Want You to Sing" has nearly as many conspiracy theories as it does seemingly cheerful harmonies and handclaps. Like Our Love Will Change the World, musically the album focuses on Smith's formidable skills as a pop craftsman, though (as its title implies) "Illuminated Council for World Destruction" nods to Outrageous Cherry's previous psych excursions and adds a new twist with a rambling, free jazz saxophone. "Memphis Stereo" and "New Creature" are both quintessential examples of Outrageous Cherry's sweet garage pop, overflowing with bouncy rhythms and singalong melodies. Of course, Stay Happy wouldn't be an album about trying to stay happy if there weren't some sad songs, and there are plenty of those, too, especially on the second half. "Trust" is the best of these, with organ and tambourine flourishes that add extra drama. Despite brooding songs such as this one, "Solid Sound Gangster," and "It's Not Fun," Outrageous Cherry finds the silver lining with "It's Been Awhile," the album's sweet, reassuring final track. Even if Stay Happy isn't quite as vivid as the album before it, it's still a fine collection of songs about doing what you have to in an uncaring -- or possibly worse -- world. ~ Heather Phares, Rovi Performers: Keir McDonald - Moog Synthesizer; Mike Alonso - Clapping; Tony Hamera - Clapping; Carey Gustafson - Vocals (Background), Tambourine, Drums; Courtney Sheedy - Vocals (Background), Bass; John Rathbone Olson - Saxophone; Larry Ray - Guitar;

NORMALCY BIAS & PHYSICAL SILVER ...Happy New Year!
I HAVE A SILVER DUCKWING PHOENIX. AND THE PAST FEW DAYS HE'S BEEN RUNNING AROUND LIKE HE IS GETTING CHASED. BUT THERE NOTHING THERE. HES NOT WALTZING AROUND THE HENS. INSTEAD HE IS SCAREING THE HENS AND DUCKS.
Game fowl roosters (which a phoenix is) tend to be more cautious then other breeds of poultry. Why? Because they have a wild streak in them, and this streak causes fear. This fear helps keep them alive.
Now, what wouldn’t surprise me is if you have hawks. Most game roosters, as they are smaller chickens, take these animals into consideration as preditors. I know my fat Brahmas just prance around the yard when there is a hawk warning from my game rooster, thinking no hawk is going to pick up their fat buts. But, keep in mind that your rooster is a breed that would have to be concerned over hawks picking up fellow hens/chicks of his breed. Thus, if you have larger hens he may not take them into consideration. So your rooster may be freaking out, and your hens are non-responsive due to their lack of worry due to the situation. If you do have smaller hens they may be stupid.
Another thing I can think of is that something spooked your bird pretty hardcore. Maybe the day before he got chased by someone’s dogs, or had close contact with a predator animal. When such things happen the bird feels unsafe, and maybe be more skittish then normal.
I would keep an eye out. Those game fowl types tend to catch a lot more then the other birds. I wouldn’t think he is freaking out for nothing. Look in the sky, and lock up those birds safely at night. When you hear him make a lot of noise goes outside and looks around for something. Over time your paranoid rooster should return to normal.
Hope it goes okay, and if you have any questions feel free to contact me via email, Jamie/Rhode Runner
Edit: To say that I am not sure if Phoenix would be considered a gamefowl, I am thinking it would be more of an ornamental bird. However, the Phoenix does carry many game like qualities, thus my reasons for the connection to calling it a game.
